Shipping, Handling and Returns Policy
Sterling Silvia has created this statement in order to assure our customers and visitors that our commitment to quality service is firm and genuine.  Our goal is to fill orders within 72 hours of receipt. Billing is submitted to the credit card companies when the order is shipped. For quality control purposes some orders may be verified by telephone. All order will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We will charge the same UPS rates plus 5% for shipping and handling.

Return Policy
Customers may return unopened or defective product for refund within 30 days of purchase with a RMA number only.  Please call (504) 299-9225 to for a Return Merchandise Number. Sterling Silvia does not refund shipping charges nor do we pay for return shipment. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.
